Yes! You can modify pickup time, location, or passenger count up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp for changes. Some modifications may affect pricing.
Flight numbers are recommended for airport transfers as we monitor arrivals for delays. For hotel/villa pickups, flight details help us plan pickup timing. This service is optional but highly recommended.
No worries! We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times automatically. No extra charge for delays up to 60 minutes. For longer delays, €10 per additional hour waiting fee applies.
Absolutely not! Our quoted price includes driver, fuel, tolls, taxes, and up to the stated luggage allowance. The only additional costs are for extra waiting time, route changes, or premium vehicle upgrades if requested.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June-September). However, we accept bookings up to 30 minutes before pickup time, subject to availability.
Yes! When booking for others, please provide their contact details in the special requests field. We'll send confirmation to your email but contact the passenger directly for pickup coordination.
We provide child seats (free of charge) and wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request. Please specify these requirements in the special requests field when booking, so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount. Emergency cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.
